The AI ​​assistant Rufus is now rolling out to users in India on the Amazon.in mobile app and will be available to all users in the coming weeks. It will be available at the bottom right of the app's main navigation bar. You'll see a chat dialog box appear on the screen, which you can expand if you want, and tap on a suggested question that matches your query. You can also ask follow-up questions to your query. Customers can dismiss Rufus at any time and return to their traditional search results by swiping down so that the chat dialog box returns to the bottom of their screen.

According to Amazon's official statement, "It's still early days for generative AI, and technology won't always get it exactly right. We'll continue to improve our AI models and refine responses to make Rufus even more helpful over time. Customers are encouraged to provide feedback by rating their answers with a thumbs up or thumbs down, and they also have the option to provide freeform feedback."
